I BROUGHT A Croc shoe on 11/06/2021 and used it for 2months. After that I left for oversee work. I came back in August 2022 and noticed that the crocs was broken and worn( Attached picture) . when I enquired-with the shop I purchased he told me that I cannot keep it without wearing it and gave me a customer care email address. I sent a email to them without and they have refused to acknowledge that the material is poor. Please find below my email and their response.

Reference to the bill attached, i had purchased Crocs as per bill and used it for 2 months after that. I had gone overseas. The cross pair was there in my house and after arrival I noticed that the crocs had worn out by itself without any use.
I contacted the Shop, who gave the this email to contact. I am attaching bill and phots of Crocs
I have been in overseas for past 25 years and purchased crocs but never faced such a situation.

With regards to your concern, please be informed that the warranty period associated with the product is for 90 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only as mentioned on our invoice.
Kindly note the said product was purchased on 11/06/2021 which is beyond the warranty period. Hence, we shall be unable to replace the same as per our policy.
