Hi Team Crocs,
I have been a loyal shopper of Crocs and in fact always preferred Crocs over any other brands for my family and friends for its promised quality and comfort. From my day to day slipper to crocs clogs to its casual shoes, I have preferred Crocs as my go to footwear brand in India.You may find all these purchases in shared attachments.
Unfortunately I have faced quality related issues with two Crocs Clogs purchased from Crocs store. From a customer view Crocs Clogs is known to be your seasonless core product that is designed for prolonged day to day sturdy use. However in less than 6 months o[censored]sage the condition is pathetic such as sole ripping off from bottom front and back in both the Clogs. Repeated disappointed with Crocs clogs had led me to address this poor/inferior quality.
Request you to attend to my concern and make my money's worth count. As it is rightly said 'A brand is defined by its customer experience and the experience is delivered by its employees' and 'It takes months to find a loyal customer and seconds to lose'.
