Vide bill no : 19519 date :10/07/2022 18:52:15 for rs 4, 495/- inclusive of tax.

The shopkeeper sold the product stating the quality is good with two years warranty.

The product was used very carefully and sparingly and in aug 2023 (One year one month), the strap broke and the local vendor refused repair or replacement. On persistence, he undertook a repair, which never lasted.

The company has cheated us demanding a premium price for a low quality product and now not arranging for repair or replacement.
