I had purchased a crocs flip flops from the showroom and with 6 months of purchase the pasting has come out and when shown to the shop they said nothing can be done and refused helping me as it has crossed the warranty period. I have NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM CROCS TEAM. I have tried reaching out to you all via social media but still no response is given to me. Really not happy with the response from the team.

I am writing this email hoping i get some solution as it’s an expensive flip flop and was launched recently.

Had purchased Tulum toe post black tan women flip via order Id[protected]
on 31st oct 2023 for Rs 3995 which was fully prepaid at the time of
purchase.

The same was delivered to me on 3rd nov 23 . The size of the sandle was
large and hence I requested for return of the same on 3rd nov 23 i.e the
same day after delivery which was authorised at your end.

On 7th nov i received a confirmation...

I have ordered crocs from its online store it shows delivered to me but not received my order no.[protected].
I have complained many time but no resolution no response.

I had a made two purchases of crocs of same model and made payment for both of them still no order is processed or delivered till now I had made order on 24/11/23 and 4/12/23 I need immediate resolution for both them

It's been 5 days since I confirmed for return since I didn't like the over squishy style of the crocs lite ride (Order id:[protected].
I have tried sending mail, calling on customer care, commenting on website, there are absolutely no replies.
Worst customer care. Machine answers the call, I have tried waiting for 20-25minutes, no answer. Asked to wait by the machine.
I was assured on the website that there are 15 days returned, that is the reason I ordered.

I ordered crocs clog from the online official website. I paid for the clog but I didn’t receive any order I’d or my order. It’s been two weeks since I ordered and I haven’t received anything. I tried to call them from two week and their customer support is not even picking the call. I have paid 6500 rupees and it’s not a small amount. I either want them to proceed with the order or refund my amount. I have the proof for the payment I’ve done nd I’ll share it. Please check

I would like to bring your attention into a customer’s concern about one of your signature product damage,
I purchased a pair of cros lite ride around 1 yr ago from the authorised store in LuLu mall Kochi-Kerala, and i was actually went for a budget friendly purchase for my very light daily usage, the store keeper introduced me the latest Lite ride series with its highlights. He said its very durable and very comfortable for my needs. Price was too high compared to my purchase plans, but they convinced me telling that the product will last for 3-4 years for sure even if it is a hard usage. Then i bought this lite ride series for a payment of 4999 INR, then I started using it and i was really happy about its comfort and style, I used to tell my friends about the product proudly. I use chappals for lighter and minor uses since I have to wear another set of shoes for my business and office related works. I was completely happy about the product, after 6months use, the different layers from sides started getting separated from Its inter layer bonding, it made me irritated and uncomfortable. recently I visited crocs store in Forum mall in Bangalore and informed the store guy about the product damage and concerns, they were actually surprised me with their answers, they said, they are not able to fix this issue and they cant give a replacement or anything on my purchase, I got insulted in-front of others with my family, so there is no solution at all for my concern and complaint. I was actually thinking of filing a consumer complaint about the product and service. I put it in hold and i was busy with works,
Last week crocs again surprised me with a super natural damage again in my crocs wear, i will share the fotos for your reference, you can actually understand about the product quality which you offers to customers and what we finally gets. The product is damaged completely and i cant use it for walking or anything, I think I lost my 4999 by a wrong purchase and literally i couldn’t use it for even 2 year for my light usages, the company offered me with a sure durability of 3-4 years. And now I want to check about the official customer support on this product damage related concern. I expect and trust crocs support team for a favourable reply from crocs and a faster replacement of the product.

I bought a crocs slippers from Ajio during May 2023. Within 5 months the strap got broken. Now it's useless. What's the point in buying crocs if it's going to break in 5 months. Why do you give 90 days warranty period and sell those products for a huge price? Don't you believe that your products won't be good after 90 days ? I want a replacement for the product.

Support team has indicated that payment has not been verified I have sent them the payment proof via email and still they are asking to wait and delaying the process

The website guarantees 3 day delivery for metro cities and 5 day for others and they can't even process my order .
Now my money has been debited and no information there about the shipping of my product

The shopkeeper sold the product stating the quality is good with two years warranty.

I have purchased crocks online in April 2021 and not used much. One fine day when it was kept in shoe cabinet standing outside the house in summer i noticed that the strip pasted around has been pasted off but when i checked i found the crocks was actually shrinked and it became smaller then it original size. Kindly resolve the issue or fix this one by repairing or replace it.

I purchased Crocs from DJ shoes, Pacific mall, Sector 22, Dwarka approx 45 days back. Exact date of purchase can be retrieved from my phone number.
The given pair was not at all comfortable, seems some faulty or duplicate was delivered. I tried 3-4 times, it hurts my foot by catching foot hair.

May i know how to get the warranty card for it

I had purchased LiteRide by Crocs slippers not even a year back and have worn them very rarely and the strap of the slippers was broken into multiple pieces. It was very shocking as I have been loyal to this brand for last many years and never faced any such problems. The slippers were quite expensive but I don’t opt for any other brand.
Kindly get this piece replaced or refund as this was a defected piece.
