I have raised service request on 16/4/2026 for installation of Croma Tv at Bangalore shifted from Manipal Bangalore. Inspite of repeated calls Croma could not arrange for instaiion till 27th April 2026. One Tata Service Engineer Mr Shareef inspite of repeated calls visited my flat on 25th April and collected an advance payment for material Bross pipe etc for installationand promised the installation on 27th April before 4 P.m' Inspite of repeated calls to his mobile no [protected] hecould not turn up till 5.p.m and he finally switched of his mobile number. I did not expect this kind of service from
the reputed organaization like Tata Croma. Vrery pathetic serrvice to its
clients. Please do the needful
