I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service request for my LED TV purchased from Croma. I registered a service complaint on 21st May 2026 regarding an issue with my LED TV. However, despite the complaint being raised 15 days ago, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from your service team. The prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, and repeated follow-ups have not resulted in any clear update on the status of my complaint. As a customer, I expect timely service and proper communication regarding the progress of the repair.
