Croma — Complaint Regarding Poor Cooling Performance of Croma 1 Ton Air Conditioner

I purchased a 1 Ton Croma Brand Air Conditioner from the Croma Store, Hosur, Tamil Nadu - 635109. The unit has been used only occasionally and is still in good condition.

However, I am facing a serious issue with the cooling performance. The AC is not providing any amount of cooling, and the room does not cool down even after running it for a considerable amount of time.

I request you to kindly arrange for a service inspection and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please treat this matter as urgent and provide the necessary support under the applicable warranty/service terms.
