I purchased a 1.5-ton Daikin AC 3-star model (Model No - ATKL50UV16UA) from an online Croma store on 28th May 2025.
And AC was delivered on 29th May, 2025. But the store has delivered a different model ID number - RKL50UV16VA outdoor unit.
So I have raised this issue on the same day of delivery i. e. on 29th May for changing the outdoor unit on customer care number.
Customer care team told me to wait for 24 hours for the call from the concerned department.
Firstfall, there is no direct contact number available for the concerned department for quick issue resolution.
Secondly, I have been waiting for the call for more than 24 hours, but still no resolution has been provided.
I have called customer care 10 to 13 times for the quick resolution, but every time they say that the concerned department will call me.
This mistake is done from the Croma store and it is wholly the responsibility of the croma store to replace the wrong outdoor unit on an urgent basis.
But there is no urgency shown from the croma store and I am following up.
It's really frustrating from the customer side when there is no resolution provided from the online croma store..
I really made a mistake by purchasing the AC from the Croma store.
I have raised request myself on croma site to return the AC and on 31st May, 2025 AC was picked up by CROMA delivery partner i. e. Delhlivery Ltd. But till today CROMA customer care don't have the status of returned product. They still asking from me regarding the return details.
Don't know why I bought a product from a company which is having such a bad customer care service.
I have wasted my time and effort for follow up for the resolution.
Really, never ever I will buy any product from CROMA.
I take my lifetime lesson.
I want my replaced new AC with good condition or else give me money back.
