Hi i booked a Nothing 3A mobile phone online on Croma.com. on 27th August 2025. the delivery date was mentioned as 1st September 2025. However, I have not received my product yet. When I raised a complaint, I was told that it is being looked into but no specific date of delivery was provided. I receive messages from bludart claiming they will deliver my phone on that day however when I access the link to track my phone, the delivery date says 30th August 2025. Croma does not provide a number on which I can speak to a customer service person to track the exact location of my phone. This is very upsetting as I have paid the full amount. When I request them to cancel order, they tell me to cancel it when it gets delivered. Now I am thoroughly confused. They do not deliver, nor do they let me cancel. I got a mail this morning, 4th September, from Croma mentioning that they were trying to reach me but the number they mention in the mail is not my number at all. Any communication from them is only confusing me more. Also I have no calls from them in my call records. and in every mail or call since 30th August, they ask for 24 hours to resolve the issue but never mention where the product is. their tracking links do not show the exact location of the product. kindly initiate cancellation and refund at the earliest from their end.
