We have already raised Complin on dated 13.09.2025.

But till this issue is not solve.

We already call Three time to customer care but getting same Reply Technision Call with in 48 Hrs.

Already 12 Days Happens.

Till how may days require for this complaint.

Also not getting any update from your side.

I am not happy these services.

Last Two week i am not Sea TV, only doing TV Recharge.

Till me complain not Resolve, we personally everyday call customer care & take follow-up. All Most 15 Days Happen. Not getting Sigle Call & SMS & follow update from CROMA. Till how may days require .
