[Resolved]  Croma — Product returned but no refund or replacement received

I order a adapter Boompods Type A 2-Port Charger (Adapter OnlyBlack) on croma only which cost Rs.400 when i recived the product it was defective and it is so sticky such that i sticks with my hand and the padakaging was too old so immediatelly i requested refund and they came on the next day and got the product from me which was happened 5th Aug 2025 and they called me and stated that you will recieve amount within 5 to days but till now i dint got my refund i mailed them over 10 times though they didnt respond it was a great disappointmnet for me on croma i didnt expect this from there service, i reuest croma to solve this issue and give me the refund thank you.
