[Resolved]  Croma — sold defective samsung led tv and using various tactics to escape providing replacement

Croma (Infiniti Retail Ltd.) has sold a defective television from Samsung brand. Despite multiple complaints and service person visit the problem has not got addressed. Infact the service person has not been able to identify problem and each time a different reason is suggested for the problem. It seems the product is inherently defective and both Croma as well as Samsung are not willing to accept and acknowledge this. They have been trying various tactics to escape taking responsibility including threats to unilaterally close the complaints registered with them without providing a just, fair solution and taking right actions
