[Resolved]  Croma — after sales service

Last week I purchased a Croma fully automatic washing machine and a Samsung led 43 tv from Kothrud branch pune. When the person came in for installation of washing machine both o[censored]s found out that the pipe was leaking and promised me to replace it. But it’s been a week and there’s no response from that person and Croma itself. And the Samsung led tv while purchasing it a person by the name Raj suggested us to get the Airtel dish connection with it as this model of Samsung contains a inbuilt set up box of Airtel. So I agreed with it. Then the very next day of the delivery the person came for the installation plus a guy from Airtel came in for the connection. When everything was done we checked if everything was ok but there was no channels coming up as the Airtel person told us that your tv software was not updated. And the installation person said it’s not on our hand. So if no one is responsible than who is? Then again I called crom regarding the same all the time they asked me to wait. It’s almost been a week but no necessary action has been taken. I have already registered a complaint with their customer care but still response has been received. Pls take some necessary steps so that I can make use of the things I have purchased.
