[Resolved] Croma — complaint against the croma ref dc 190l crar 0212 3s | |||
I am hereby making a complaint against the croma ref dc 190l crar0212 3s purchased by me on 25th january 2018 (Invoice number sent to croma). I have purchased this refrigerator from the croma malad store. From the beginning, the refrigerator has been giving many problems like water collects on the outer surface of the fridge and on the first shelf of the fridge always remains moist and this used to happen despite of the temperature being adjusted as per the season. My vegetables get moist within a day which is why i can't even keep them in the fridge. The electricity bill also comes high due to this defect of the refrigerator. I purchased the fridge on 25th january 2018 trusting that the fridge is from an in-house brand and would work well but it was not the case. Since the beginning we are facing issues with the fridge I have shifted to another place last month and the trouble still continues. I called the technician from croma and he said he'll replace the regulator of the fridge. On the same day i asked the customer care to exchange the croma fridge since the regulator is defective and has to be replaced and i requested for replacement to a godrej refrigerator. Customer care told me that they will look into the matter and will consider the replacement. The technician replaced the part and after three days when i purchased a vegetable and dhaniya and put it in the crisper as per the instructions of the technician, the vegetable was moist and the dhaniya got spoiled and i had to throw it out. I again complained about the problem and again the technician visited and left and asked to us test the dhaniya and vegetable. We again purchased two lots of dhaniya where one was 2 days old and one was 1 day old and both were moist and spoiled. The dhaniya was kept open in the crisper. This is a serious problem and despite of the part being replaced, how can croma sell a fridge which is so defective? The fridge is itself defective from the beginning and now since the warranty expires in 12 days, i am concerned about the refrigerator and need an exchange with godrej single door refrigerator or i want my money back. Croma doesn't care for the customers and the customer support says that they will repair the product when it's defective and won't replace it in spite of two to three technicians visiting our place thrice and the problem still existing. I just want a replacement to godrej fridge or a refund as i am highly disappointed with a brand like croma selling defective products. Was this information helpful? | |||
