Dear Croma Support Team,
I am writing to escalate an ongoing and unresolved issue with the Croma 1 Ton AC purchased online last month. The product has not been functioning as expected — the AC is not cooling at all since installation — and my repeated attempts to seek support have not been met with any meaningful response or ownership.
From the very beginning, there has been a clear lack of professional communication and accountability from the support team. I was never contacted by Croma for installation scheduling, which I understand is typically expected for new AC purchases. Due to this poor communication, I decided not to opt for the Croma-provided installation.
Despite this, I have made several attempts — even offering to pay for a visit — to get support for the AC through Croma channels (see attached reference). Unfortunately, I continue to experience unresponsive behaviour and no follow-up. When I reached out to the Gwalior City Center Croma store, I was told they are not liable since the purchase was made online and advised me to pursue support through online channels only — showing no intention to help or even coordinate.
