[Resolved] Croma — Faulty Product and Rude Customer Service | |||
I have done the biggest offense of purchasing a Philips food processor from the Juhu Chroma store where their over enthusiastic store staff asked me to purchase the Philips processor instead of the Morphy Richards to advance her incentive. Within a month the blender stopped working and I called their call centre. I was asked by that person to visit the nearest store as there have been several complaints about your said model and there is a screw issue in the jug. I had to wait 45 minutes to be attended to and post that the guy only tightened the blade and said it was fixed. I went home and as soon as I started the blender stopped moving all over again. I again sent the processor with the card to their Bandra store here the store staff said the jar is defected, I need to call the call center who will send a person that will fix/replace. I have been on call with their allegedly customer help desk of TATA CROMA. Now I am told to take the mixer to the Philips service centre. Their call centre manager claiming to be Ashok Chandra did nothing about it and categorically said they will do nothing. I’m terribly disappointed and regret ever visiting their store. I should have purchased from Flipkart who would atleast take back a defected product. Was this information helpful? | |||
