I bought an O-general 1.8t Inverter AC in march 2023, i was sold an extended warranty package worth 7k saying it was directly by the brand - O-general & they would service all needs. last year when i called o-general customer care for regular general service they did it for free as it was under the 1st year warranty. now when i called the o-general company for service; i was told i do not have any extended package. unfortunately the GAS in my AC got leaked for which i requested an engineer, the engineer confirmed there are several cases where Croma as done the same & sold their Zip care package instead of the original o-general care package so the refilling will be chargeable so he suggested me to contact Croma showroom from which i bought this product. i have been calling the store since 14th April & no1 picks up or even bothers to answer at least 20calls everyday. then on the 17th i called the customer care helpline & filed a complaint stating the same issue of fraud & product service. they asked me to wait for 24hrs & they'll resolve it. today 22nd april i am writing this after speaking the customer care dept. everyday atleast twice & atleast 10mins conversation each with no resolution. no technician assigned, no resolution provided. no service done. 1st Ms. Jaspreet (croma-unity mall; janak puri) sold the zip care pack fraudulently saying its from 0-general & now nobody cares to get my product repaired or serviced. i found her no. & contacted her, confronted her about it & she denies all claims which is obvious for any sales manager. o-general on the other hand refuses to provide me with an AMC or an extended warranty package at this point in time saying the time limit has been exceeded.
i now demand justice by refund of the 7k i paid for zip care, zip care package should go null/void as its of no use anyways & croma should get my o-general warranty done for which i am ready to pay or this 7k should go towards it.
seeking justice & value for my hard earned money & action against the employee, the customer care team & the company for not taking responsibility & failing to service a customer who buys such an expensive product.
