[Resolved] Croma — Google pixel xl display scratches out of the box | |||||
I had ordered the google pixel xl from croma retail and received it on 26th oct, 2016 via bluedart. The phone comes with scratched display out of the box. I launched a complaint to croma both by mail as well as by phone. They assured me that they will try to resolve my issue asap but later they told me - scratched screen isn'tt a manufacturing defect. Still no update received from Croma. They are just beating around the bush and like to treat their customers as Trash. They aren't giving me any update regarding my device replacement and when i call their support they just put me on infinite long hold.

Finally I got the replacement handset. Atleast they finally please me 😀
