This is regarding one purchase done on CROMA site for Store Pickup, I ordered one product HP Tablet Stream8 Blk on date 08/09/2016 .Invoice no : SLA041EC0000434. Post confirmation with CROMA Customer care i visited store just to know that the stock is not available at Store and its a system error for which the store send my an apology mail and the store manager called and told to collect cash from the Store. I dont under stand a brand like croma affiliated to TATA can do such errors when in the era of Online shopping where Amazon Flipkart are doing such great service through online service why CROMA is left behind i would like to take this to management of CROMA as i have faced a lot of difficulty to reach store just to know the product is not in Stock Will create a Public awareness through social networking site about the careless behaviour to CROMA and never buy any product online Was this information helpful? | |||||
