[Resolved] Croma — I'm complaining about unreasonable charge deducted

I'm Mr.Prakash Shelar, I received my credit card statement on 11th April 2016.It had stated about a charge of 184.95 rupees which is approximately 185 rupees .I have no clue as to why I'm charge with this 185 rupees on 1st April 2016.I want an valid explaination and money i.e.185 rupees back.
Another complaint is that I had purchased an Ipad mini 4 from croma in month of November, while purchasing I was told that I will get a cash back of 5% on shopping with my sbi credit card.I have till date not received any cash back.
