[Resolved] Croma — inappropriate product sale done | |
This is osama ansari ([protected]@gmail.com) i have purchased a samsung a20s phone from croma rcity mall ghatkoper. Inspite of giving all the details that i will be taking this phone abroad as a gift for my family member also specifying the country and strictly assuring about the sim issue, they sold me the product by saying there wont be any problem in using abroad sim and now after coming here i am facing sim issue and embarrassment of giving a wasteful gift as a phone where it is of no use. I am really upset with the croma staff for cheating on this just to sell the product and wants to return the phone and want the money back for this fraud case. Or else i demand a phone with universal sim acceptance. I am deeply hurt with this and file a complaint of this issue. Please revert me on the above mail since i am visitor in other country and cannot share a phone number. Was this information helpful? | |
