I visited tata croma prabhadevi couple of times before gudi padwa to enquire about sony and lg make tvs. The contact person was mr. Arif. I wanted to know if any special offer was available on account of festival. Before the festival it was not available. On the day of festival i got a call from mr. Arif and another gentleman i suppose mr. John (He was christian) and conveyed that special festival offer was announced and valid only on the day of festival till 9 pm. I visited the show room and booked this lg make tv the invoice # is slf02a[protected] dated 08.04.2016. After booking i was told the item is out of stock and by 15th april i should be getting the delivery. All before booking i was told it is ex stock. I accepted this as i had no choice. From around 12th april onward i started following up since i did not get any call. Following problems whenever i tried to call. 1. The epbx telephone system just plays the recorded message but does not connect me to any departments. The message i was getting was customers are important to us and..., even after being on hold over 5 minutes a number of times, no one gets connected. 2. I had no choice but to contact mr. Kausal patel since i was given his business card by mr. Arif. He said he is not the concerned person and he connected me to one mr. Imran. Imran checked the system and assured me that it would be delivered positively by 16th april. I accepted n all humility. 3. On 15th april i called up to know the status. Same problem of not getting connected. I tried 3 times after being on hold for 5 minutes or so. Finally i called again mr. Kausal patel. His reply was same. He is not the concerned person. He assured me that since mr. Imran has gone for lunch he would convey the message and mr. Imran would call me. Till now i have not received the call. It is very clear that in tata croma there is no single point responsibility from order booking to delivery. There is no ownership with any one. Staff is just interested in getting the orders booked. Then no efforts or communications between the two departments.In short there is no care for customers. What hurts me the most is that i am an ex tata employee having worked for 22 years in tata power and because of my past association and respect for tata family i have been buying from croma most of the white goods items.In the past too faced problems but they were contactable. Now i need to rethink whether to continue my association with tata croma. The next step would be to escalate this complaint to higher management and definitely mr. Noel tata. I am sorry to say but it has disheartened me a lot. Hope at least now i get response if not the delivery. I am perches Samsung 23 led tv in caroma bandar showroom in Mumbai but last four day pass not any one parson coming in may house, , and caroma customer cervices not attend a signal call.
