I had purchased the MI TV 4a horizon edition from Croma Whitefield location on 5th December and installation was done on 9th December as they said there was some issue with brand installation time. And time of purchase your sales person from croma told installation is free, but during installation brand person said 500 for installation. That also I paid after waiting for 4days after purchase.
By 11th December the TV stopped working and got stuck in MI logo, I registered a service request for return and refund, as I was not satisfied with performance of TV and being got stuck after 1 day o[censored]se. It's been 6 days already and they keep saying to wait for call from MI Service Team in customer care. Same story again and again. Sale person also had no knowledge of the TV each time she walked to computer on the store to answer my doubts on all TV on the store and she did not tell anything regarding the so much service time. And no one from the store is picking up the phone today, I even tried calling the store manager and he is also not attending the call. I am really disappointed with your service and way your team is handling the issue.
If you are not able to solve the issue and things are not in you control why you are selling the TV? I want a solution for the issue today, I cannot wait any longer. Either you take back the product and refund my money or I will walk to the store throw the TV in front of the store and post it in social media and tag Ratan tata in twitter. I am seriously fed-up with your store and service. If there is no reply from your side today, I am walking to the store tomorrow and do as mentioned above.
