[Resolved] Croma — No delivery of products and | |||||
I ordered a McCoy cooler from Croma online. At the time of order they promised delivery within 7 days, however it has been 10 days now and yet the product has not been delivered. I have contacted the customer service several times and all they say is that it is in shipping stage but they dont have any delivery information or tracking details.
