I have purchased 2 washing machines recently (one in Hyd 2 months back and one 3 weeks back) ... Both the products were found faulty.
Pune one, was discovered faulty by the technician during the installation and demo itself and yet didn't get any proper support team for the replacement/return and eventually after lots of follow up it was closed. And in whole these things my old washing machine, which was exchanged was also not returned to me
Hyd one, which was purchased in July month stopped working all of a sudden only after 2 months o[censored]se and accordingly raised the service ticket and I am still waiting for any resolution from Croma irrespective of the constant follow up as well as after raising to Nodal officer & Grievance officer.
I feel very cheated by Croma with kind of product & service against the trust i have provided to them with the recent purchases. And I am also not sure how i get my existing washing machine replaced as they are not even responding properly even after continuous follow ups & SR ticket (SR ID: HYD060925FS00062) raised.
Kindly help getting it resolved and get the replacement of the faulty product. Was this information helpful? |
