[Resolved] Croma — Product not received after 18 days of purchase, no update, no follow up from the store | |
Order No -SOA[protected] Product : Hobb Amount : 19000 We bought a hobb from Croma on 1st of October 2021. We were told the chosen model was not available in the store, hence they will get it from another store and home deliver it within 7 to 10 days(maximum). Believing their words we made the payment and kept on waiting for the delivery. As it was Durga Puja in West Bengal we thought its taking longer time than the time promised. Meanwhile there was no update from Croma on anything about the delivery. Today after 18 days when we called the store for delivery status we got to know the product is not yet shipped. Our order went missing from their record. And no one even bothered to make a call to us and update any issue. Is this the service we expect from a brand like Croma which is associated with the name TATA. During billing they did not wait for a second and made all those false promises but when it comes to delivery they are providing nothing.And now they are saying it will take another 10 days to deliver. I have paid to croma, my money is blocked there for almost a month if i calculate 28th as delivery date, but i am not getting the service. Who will compensate for my loss? I want an answer. Highly disappointed with Croma, 0 customer service and customer satisfaction. Will never recommend Croma to anyone, nor will I visit further for any of my future need. In today's time where customer service comes 1st in all retail and service industry, with this type of service how are croma managing I have no idea .
