I placed an order for Apple iPhone 17 (256GB) on the Croma website on 27 January 2026.

The total payment of ₹82, 900 was made through legally purchased Croma Gift Vouchers.
The order was shipped through BlueDart but the courier did not deliver the parcel to me. The shipment was returned back to the company (RTO).
Since the product was never delivered and was returned to the seller, I am entitled to receive the refund. However, Croma has not issued my refund and instead all the gift vouchers used for payment have been deactivated.
Whenever I contact customer support, they only reply that the refund has been declined due to “fraud activity”, but they have not provided any explanation or proof of any fraud.
I have legally purchased the gift vouchers and I have not committed any fraudulent activity. Despite repeated complaints and emails, the company has still not resolved my issue and my amount of ₹82, 900 is stuck.
I request Croma to kindly reactivate my gift vouchers or provide the refund immediately. Was this information helpful? |
