I have bought CROMA CREL 7318 Tv from croma.com website online. I ordered tv on 5th May 2020 and expected delivery date was 15 may 2020. After many calls and complains I got the delivery on 8th june 2020. The tv worked fine for only one day, after that lines came on the tv screen. So I called croma and asked for replacement. The technician came and initiated the replacement process. I was told by technician to call Waluj store executive named Neeraj sir whose phone number is [protected]. I called and asked him about the replacement to which he answered that the Waluj store do not have CREL7318 model. He asked me to pay extra money and take other model. Why the hell should I pay extra money? Firstly I got very late delivery that too a faulty peice. And when I am opting for replacement croma is taking no action from past 1 week. I was told we can't provide same model as replacement and he asked me to pay RS 2700 extra for similar model with no specification upgradation. Why should I pay extra cost even if the replacement policy is still active? I either want my refund or a replacement with same model or other model without paying even a single penny.
