[Resolved]  Croma — replacement of croma smart tv purchased 10day's back

This is to bring to your notice that we have bought a croma smart tv from croma store located at universal trade tower, ground floor, gurgaon-122018. Our invoice number is sla[protected] dated 9th nov 2017 amounting rs. 32, 048.10.

The person has come for the installation on 10th nov 2017 but he was not able to install it properly and demo was not completed so we have not signed the receiving copy. Upon our multiple follow ups with croma centre and customer service we finally had a technician from croma on 17th november 2017 visited our office, he checked my television and said the screen is tampered on your part. He then assured me that he will talk to his seniors and revert back but never reverted back.

It is over 12 days from the time i have complained croma and still awaiting resolution.in this back and forth with croma we have talked to so many executives of croma like sanju, chanderpal, manoj and deepak, but none of them provided us any satisfactory answer for the problem resolution. They are just blaming us that we have broken the tv. We are more than decade old corporate having operations in india and abroad and we do have certain sense of responsibilities. Staff has been well informed not to touch the t. V as the installation has not been completed.

Today mr. Samim hassan who is the service head is providing the solution that you have to pay rs. 25000 to get your tv rectified. And mr. Samim hassan himself advising us if you want you can go through legal procedure, we can't help you in this matter. We are not at all happy with the way croma has treated us as a customer. We are very disappointed and will voice the same on social media and consumer court.

I am writing this email as we have lost trust on not only croma but on tata too. There are numerous showroom available nearbuy but we went to croma as a matter of trust on tata. It's not about the matter of rs. 32, 000 which company has spent it all about the breach of trust.

After registering a complaint we just received a call from MR. Yagnesh Panchal from Croma Mumbai Head Office, He is also started blaming us that we have broken the TV which is not sensible words from him. We are not small kids who don’t have sense how to use the product. All o[censored]s have smart TV in our premises and we know very well how to handle it. First of all wrong description given by their sales representative at Croma store, we specially mention that we are looking for Smart TV through which we connect a laptop using WIFI and HDMI Cable both. They suggested us to go for this model no (Croma Led FHD EL7328 Android new), and their installer was also unable to give demo to us. Now Mr. Yagnesh Panchal is saying that this Model has Smart Feature but you cannot connect Laptop using WIFI, you have to use HDMI Cable to connecting it to your laptop. Also providing a solutions of Buy Back of the product at 20% of the total invoice price which is not acceptable.

Dear Customer Now they started blaming us by saying this "However as reconfirmed by the technician who installed the TV, the issue was with the power connection in your premises and not a problem with the TV. that why TV didn't turned on". If there is a power connection issue in our premises then I want to ask @cromaretail why the red power light is on at the bottom of the TV but the screen display is not working.
Dear customer, What ever you say they will never accept their fault @cromaretail only Blamed on the customers. Dear customer please don't buy any product from croma in future

I have bought CROMA CREL 7318 Tv from croma.com website online. I ordered tv on 5th May 2020 and expected delivery date was 15 may 2020. After many calls and complains I got the delivery on 8th june 2020. The tv worked fine for only one day, after that lines came on the tv screen. So I called croma and asked for replacement. The technician came and initiated the replacement process. I was told by technician to call Waluj store executive named Neeraj sir whose phone number is [protected]. I called and asked him about the replacement to which he answered that the Waluj store do not have CREL7318 model. He asked me to pay extra money and take other model. Why the hell should I pay extra money? Firstly I got very late delivery that too a faulty peice. And when I am opting for replacement croma is taking no action from past 1 week. I was told we can't provide same model as replacement and he asked me to pay RS 2700 extra for similar model with no specification upgradation. Why should I pay extra cost even if the replacement policy is still active? I either want my refund or a replacement with same model or other model without paying even a single penny.
