[Resolved]  Croma — Replacement of damaged 39" Croma make LED TV

I have purchased 39” Croma make LED TV online through Croma Website, history of my concern follows

Purchased E-Croma LedHD BSC39in1Y video order ID[protected] on 26-June-2022
Found defect on LED screen and booked a complain. RO[protected] was generated and TV was picked up from my home on 09-July-2022
I received Credit Note Invoice No RIE004EC1211305 against the TV picked up

At the time of pick up I was informed that I will get replacement against this in 2-3 days of time, post that I have tried to reach customer care number couple of times but they don’t have any information about pick up of faulty TV from my home thus they are unable to track my case.

We didn’t receive replacement unit yet. I am calling customer care since 15 days, they are generating SR and closing at their own without resolving my issue. Recent SR[protected] generated on 21-July-22 was supposed to get resolved in 2-3 days is yet not completed. I just called up customer support number[protected] they had no clue on status of my replacement unit.

Hi,

Product delivered (as replacement) on 1st August is defective. Please generate ticket for return of my TV and initiate refund. I am struggling with Croma since more than one month for my order. Also refund warranty pack subscribed for the same.

I am literally fed up with CROMA TV order, please arrange to pick up the unit and initiate refund of my payments (TV and 3 Year onsite warranty pack) on immediate basis.
