I ordered Dell Vostro 14 3000 series online from the Croma store on 13th July. I picked it up from the store on 14th July.
I received a defective product and raised a request for a refund and return of product.
The laptop was constantly heating up after opening two apps. The battery was draining out every 2-3 hours. The speakers weren't audible. The adapter heated up intensely when plugged in.
The Croma customer care (toll free) asked me to submit the product at the store. When I went to the store, the staff members were rude and unwilling to help. They refused to accept the defective product and wasted a couple of hours. They were absolutely horrible to me.
I submitted the product at the store on 16th July, well within the 7 day return period.
It's been a week since then and i still haven't received any refund.
Croma's online store policy clearly states that a laptop can be returned if it is defective and full refund will be issued.
But till now, I've only received terrible disappointing service. I've called the Croma Customer Care (toll-free) several times but all they keep telling me is that the "concerned" team will call me. I haven't received calls in the past week.
I need quick resolution and refund.
I can't believe that I ever ordered from here, thinking that I'll get an authentic product worth the price. I paid nearly 53000 INR for a defective product, mental stress and anxiety, along with terrible service.
