Croma — TV power on / motherboard issue

I have purchsed croma tv 43' 1& haf yrs back - sept 2025 tv motherboard issue so they replced it after 10 days- currently same issue tv power on- tv is under extended warrenty .
give my money back or replce the tv ewith new onpriority, can check my multiple compaints and call .
