Croma — Unable to reach Croma customer care.

Order placed on Jul 22, 2026 showed delivery scheduled fore Jul 24, 2026. Then was updated for Jul 26, 2026. Now shows returned requested.

I did not request for return. I have been waiting for two days for the order to be delivered.

I tried Croma customer care multiple times but shows line is busy and routes the call to WhatsApp. This is totally absurd. This is a web order; so I cannot even go to a Croma store and enquire.
