I am writing this to express my disappointment and displeasure in the Croma Service for the Croma Washing Machine CRLWMD702STL75.
The ticket was logged for "Abnormal noise". It was very loud and the washing machine was very "unstable".
The device is in warranty.
The technician visits, and informs us that the motor and 4 honger rods have to be replaced. He checked with the office and confirmed that they will be replaced under warranty.
After a few days, he comes only with the motor replacement. The problem remained UNRESOLVED and we were informed that the 4 honger rods have to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty.
We agreed to pay and we were charged INR 2900 for the same. We paid for the same.
The problem now is still UNRESOLVED, which means the issue was wrongly identified and we were asked to pay for the same. Video Attached.
I would like some clarifications and actions:
Kindly send a right representative for problem identification immediately.
Provide expedited service as we have already been patiently waiting since Jan 21.
Why were two tickets created #[protected] on 21st Jan and #[protected] on 2nd Feb.
Now CROMA mentions that the technician ordered the wrong spares. Now for the past 20 days we are waiting for the new spares.
Even the grievance officer sends only standard mails and takes no responsibility.
We are on now the 9th of March and I have no information from CROMA.
