Croma — warranty tv

Dear sir/madam, I have purchased sansui lcd tv in croma on 24/11/2012. model SAN32HB RO. this is purchased in the name of HAREENA MOTORS. this is not working from past 2months ie, display not seen . i have informed to sansui company.regarding this .they informed me that, for extended warranty do informe to croma not to sansui.. then i spoke to croma customer care to one Mr.VINAYAK. he answered that for purchase in the name of company exended warranty will not be claimed.
