I am writing to escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue with my washing machine purchased on 01-Jan-2024. Despite multiple service requests, spare part replacements, and technician visits, the same water draining problem continues to recur. The repeated failures and lack of follow-up have caused significant inconvenience.
Every day we take the clothes and wash them in my aunt's house (Samsung) washing machine. It causes unnecessary pain and causes issues in family life. due to my suggestion to buy Croma Product.
Almost it took 40 days to resolve the issue, i would expect replacement of this washing machine. because within 3 months after purchasing the washing machine, I am facing the same problem.
The same defect has recurred multiple times despite spare part replacements.
Service requests are being cancelled or delayed without proper communication.
Technicians are not attending calls or following up on promised timelines.
This indicates either a manufacturing defect or improper repair practices

Technician informed me that the same spare part needs replacement and assured resolution within 5 days.
Status: No action has been taken to date. Technicians and service engineers have not attended calls.
Follow-up: Once in two weeks, I receive a call from Croma[protected] asking if any technician has contacted me. I repeatedly confirm that no one has, and they promise to “come back asap, ” but no response has followed.
