[Resolved]  Croma — Worst Behavior by the Rajahmundry Branch Staff

Hi Team
Myself Arjun (Durga Mallikarjuna Swamy), Native to Rajahmundry.On 14/08/2022 I and my friends came to your branch to purchase Some sound systems and we made billing for 8900/- as we had one credit card your executive said to bill for another 1100/- so we are searching for some accessors, Suddenly your I support team member came to us and used some uniparental words on my friend, so my friend got angry and shouted on him, as I am there I tried to calm my friends.
But all of sudden branch manager ie: Vamsi came and started fighting with us and caught our neck and Pull out of the store, My friends went out. Then suddenly some of there team came are pulled me into the store and throw on the floor and kick me on my private parts. and your manager asked your security head to take us into your staff room. We got stuck in there branch staff room. As I had access to my mobile I immediately mail to nodal officer about this incident. Later a police officer came to the staff room and asked about the incident . They filled complaint on us, adding SC/ST . Which are completely misleading. We also filled Case on Croma staff. On[protected], I got call from the showroom, I have clearly explained everything, but unfortunately the person was blaming us, saying that all this was happen because o[censored]s, the staff are lying, and the person who call me trying to convince and asking for compromise. Talks are going on, suddenly got a mail mention that my complaint was resolved . I have never such a worst team in Croma .
