[Resolved] Csr — fraud/blackmail | |||
I got a phn call on 15th july 2019 offering me a part time home based job of captache typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and in good faith i also agree to join... And on the same day an online agreement was done. Then i got a link to download their apps and after few days when i dont understand weather i am doing correct or not i called them bt didnt get any response i mailed them i msg them bt no rply came... Then after 10days there was a call came on my number from their end saying me that she is preeti shinde calling from advocate associate and i have to pay 5000/-otherwise they will file a case against me.. Then they mail me of advocate notice... Please do the needfull and take strong steps toward such fake company. I am seding all the documenta Company helpline no-[protected] Mail id-helpline. Don't give them any money they are fake fraud. I[censored] give them money once they will demand again and again. Ignore them

But they told me a legal notice will dispatch on your registered address. I m not living my registered address now. The lawer called me daily & told me that coming the caurt.As per company rules i have to pay fine for the loss of the company. Please suggest me what i do???

Don't afraid guys. This all are fake. Don't pay them any money since they are not legal entity.
If they continue to harass you please go to nearby police station.

They are told me you will go to jail for 7 months otherwise you will pay rs. 5100/- to company,

I have applied for home based job on shine.com/ naukri.com/indeed others site, once i got a called from CSR company, they told me that this is captha filling work from home & no investment, so i was agreed & she told me for verification to send my aadhaar card details. I have sent & then they send me a link for agreement. Told me sign & submit it. As usual i submit my sign. Then they are sent me a ID or password but i dont understand that what is the link for login.. after that they not contacted to me & i have not received any mail, message & work assignment from CSR. I have called regular but they did not response. Some times not picked up the phone & some tine busy. I have no idea how it works.. After 14 days a lawyer called me & says to come in the caurt other wise they send a lagal notice to my address. I'm very worried about it. I dont know what notices are coming and how much the fine will cost. I am a student, It is impossible for me to pay any fine. Please help me please. Please don't give them any single penny. Block their emails and don't attend their any call. Ignore them. They can not do anything against you because they are just fraud and they're just threatening you. Everything is fake. Agreement calls advocate.

Sir I don't is that company is csr but they asked me to pay 6700 for terminating the account and I paid now they are asking to pay for remaining 10 months agreement and they are demanding to pay 65000 or else they told to come to Gujarat high court. Please help me I don't have any money and my parents still don't know about this

Let me clear you all a very simple thing as i have also gone through it. they just try to scare you and make you feel afraid . But make sure that they can do nothing as:
1) They are not registered firm
2) They are doing fraud.
3)All the notices and calls from so called advocates are fake as they are running a fraud racket.
don't be afraid, just ignore the calls and block them, if the use slang and abusive language reply them in the same way. If problem persists lodge a case against the numbers in the nearest police station.

I got a call from Anil ([protected]) he called me for Capatcha work 12000/- rupess they will pay. But I reject the work bcz of my exam. Now adv Rajiv Singh call me and blackmailing me, it's a penalty pay 8250/- rupee, I am a student how am I supposed to pay them if I don't do any works.

Few days Back I got a phone call from a girl name Shweta Rathod. She offered me a online data entry job in her Company name Data Securing System. I applied with a good faith in them. First she told me to sign a online agreement with my Addhar card photo and signature photo. After that she will send me login Details and UID till date I hadn't got it and now someone from Rajasthan High court Advocate Association called me that I haven't completed my online work now I have to pay first incomplete work charges 5900 or The Rajasthan High court will send a Notice to my home and the police will arrest me and the company will crush their loss money on me. Please if Someone Calls you like this don't accept their offer they are Fake and Fraud
