Customercare.00691signSBI.co.in — ARN 17-[protected] bank shows debit but OAR says failed

I had made on line payment of Rs.1512.75 on 29/01/17 towards POS against which I have a debit advice from the concerned Bank, ie., Canara Bank Versova Branch but the Online Application Receipt comes out showing payment failed. Please either connect my payment or refund the fees so that I can make the remittance again. Or advise next step
