As a law aspirant i just want u to justify cji ranjan gogoi photo on 09/11/2019 today's newspaper in mainpuri section o[censored]p on yr front page.. Being one of the greatest and responsible newspaper of country this type of negligence is not good.. May be it can be misprint of something else plz do clear it as soon as possible or if i'm wrong then let me know this..

Sir,
We live at 9/29 krishna nagar, g t road kanpur. Here the drainage system is very poor. All the drains are overflowing and cause many insects and mosquitoes. So, these drains result many diseases like malaria, dengue etc.
Local administration does not take action at any level.
Request to bring forward this issue of krishna nagar colony to responsible department. We will thankful to dainik jagran.

Vipul khand is one of the most prestigious colonies of lda in gomti nagar.in vipul khand its sector 1 is most prestigious due to its location and the owners of the plots therein, which ranges from topmost bureaucrats, diplomats, ministers, politicians, industrialists, businessmen etc. There are many plots vacant since the absentee landlords of these do not bother to get their house constructed or even get their plot properly fenced. Apart from this they illegally allow to stay some miscreant elements to stay on their plot. These people build jhuggi there and start living. For their livelihood they start doing household works in the houses of other owners of vipul khand 1. Now when there is livelihood (Source of earning) and a place to live in, they invite their other relatives from their home villages, thereby increasing their population considerably. These people who are illiterate do not bother for planned family and having average children of 5 to 7 per couple. With time these children grew to teenagers. They make their friends from other areas and start visiting their places. Out of this crowd many started involving in petty thefts, teasing and other illegal activities. There are no sanitation measures in these temporary sheds (Jhuggis), so water, garbage, sewerage etc collects on the areas which causes severe threat for spreading of diseases and invite the stray animals like cow. Ox, bull, dogs etc in the area which poses danger for the residents living thereby. As per rules, byelaws and regulations the owners of these plots should complete their house building in the stipulated time as decided by lda, but nobody is bothering. This is resulting in the inconvenience, discomfort and threat to the safety of the residents of vipul khand. I request to the concerned authorities that these illegal temporary sheds (Jhuggis) built between the vacant plots between 1/65 vipul khand and 1/68 vipul khand should immediately be vacated from menace of these illegal miscreants. Further, the owner of these and other vacant plots of vipul khand 1 be served notice to get their houses build in a definite timeframe and get the completion certificate from lda.

Lohia park, one of the most prestigious parks of lucknow. Here there is ample parking space for hundreds of vehicles. But so called vvips of the city feel pride in getting their vehicle parked at the gate, in spite of repeated instructions even on wall. But if there is lotus flag or the vehicle allotted by rajya sampatti vibhag then you are above all rules & regulations. Isn’t this an open challenge to our pm’s abolition mission for vip culture? This causes lot of inconvenience to the morning walkers coming on foot. Will the concerned departments be kind enough to look into this matter and take strict action so that vvips start parking their vehicles in parking area.

Manihari patti me shopkeeper log footpath pe apna saman lagate hai uske wajah se accident hote rehte hai accident ka karan hi hai vo agar public ko footpath pe chlne ni milega to chalega vo road me hi na to kripya krke yha pe dhyan de humesha abhi diwali aayega sb shopkeeper tents lagaenge aur apne products foot path pe lagaenge fr roads jam hoga force pareshan honge humare jawan duties denge agar ye na lage tents to road jam ni hoga accident nhi hoga pollution nhi hoga crisis ke wajaha se hamara desh (India) hai hume hi sudharna hai koi dushra ni aayega bahar se so please sir do your properly 🤝

The newspaaper dainik jagran is always delivered at home after 7 am. Some time upto 8 an also. This is too late. I am a customer since last 34 years. We can not read paper due to late delivery. It becomes a waste for me.
Whether in my permanent residence in almora uk. Paper delivers before 6 am.
Pl. Try to improve the delivery time.

सूरजपुर ग्राम में एचडीएफसी बैंक के बराबर से जो गली जा रही है उसकी हालत बहुत ज्यादा खराब है पूरी रोड पर कीचड़ और पानी भरा हुआ है उस पर अथॉरिटी को की जिम्मेदारी है उसकी सड़क और ड्रेनेज व्यवस्था को ठीक करने की क्योंकि सूरजपुर की जमीन को इन्होंने ही एक्वायर की है अब इनके विकास की जिम्मेदारी भी इन्हीं की है यहां पर प्रदेश के और देश के बहुत दूर-दूर के लोग आकर रहते हैं क्योंकि इसके चारों तरफ सूरजपुर इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया है इससे हमारे ग्रेटर नोएडा की छवि पूरे देश में खराब हो रही है अतः अनुरोध है कि इस गधी को ठीक कराने की व्यवस्था तुरंत की जाए यहां छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को घर से स्कूल जाने में कीचड़ में होकर जाना पड़ता है कृपया इस पर ध्यान दें।

मैं कनौसी मानक नगर लखनऊ निवासी दैनिक जागरण का पाठक हूँ। मैं आपके माध्यम से यूपी सरकार को अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि केन्द्र सरकार और यूपी सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे सड़क निमार्ण कामों से पूरी तरह असंतोष व्यक्त करता हूँ। लखनऊ कैंट क्षेत्र जो कि राजधानी के साथ-साथ श्री राजनाथ जी का संसदीय क्षेत्र तथा श्रीमती रीता बहुगुणा जी विधायकी क्षेत्र है। इसके बावजूद अनेकों बार पत्र के माध्यमों से सारे शासन को पिछले 5 वषों से अवगत कराया जा रहा है कि कनौसी मानक नगर रेलवे प्रबंधन (IRITM office) से सर्वांगीण स्कूल तक 800 मी की 10 फिट सड़क का निर्माण अति आवश्यक है। लखनऊ अवध हास्पिटल से महज 2 किमी की दूरी पर जब आपको सड़क निर्माण मे इतने वर्ष गजर गए तो आप सोच सकते हैं और क्षेत्रों की हालत।
ना सीवर लाईन की व्यवस्था न ही नगर निगम द्वारा कूड़े उठाने की व्यवस्था। जबकि House Tax नियमित हर वर्ष जाता है। हर वर्ष किसी न किसी को बरसात के मौसम में चोटे आती है। 5000 से अधिक की आबादी का एकमात्र रास्ता है।

मैं आपको अभी और बरसात मे इस कच्ची सड़क की हालत इस picture द्वारा दिखाता हूँ।
आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बार आप सड़क बनवाकर होनेवाली परेशानियों को दूर करेंगे।

Mr. Shanti Prashad, His wife Mrs. Usha Devi, Son Rahul, Rohi & Ntin, Daughter in Law, Shikha and Geeta, his daughter, Ms. Deepika, everyone from his family were well aware the fact the Ms. Deepika Sharma were married to Mr. Vikram Raghav on 24-Mar-2019 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Aligarh and she did not get divorce from her previous marriage despite the all these facts Mr. Shanti Prashad Sharma and all his family members (name above mentioned) did fraud, provided the false information and hided the facts.
When me and my family got known about the reality of Mr. Shantilal Sharma and his whole family, they filed the false complaint against me, my wife Ms. Sharda Sharma, my son Mr. Anjneya Ashirvad against IPC acts with the power of his money.
Evidence (below mentioned) of previous marriage and court cases of previous marriage of Ms. Deepika is already submitted to local authorities but the report has been turned up in a different angle.

Mr. Shanti prasad and his family are fraud and cheater. in the previous marriage of Ms. Deepika all the documents (proof ) of marriage and the court cases (from both the parties )are submitted to local authority. But as it was previously also stated that Mr. Shanti Prasad is a lawyer and a sales manager . He has political influences and money power.
Because of his political and financial influences & power Mr. Shanti Prasad is hampering the investigation. It seems that Mr. Shanti Prasad & his family runs a business of marriage. He first marriage his daughter Ms. Deepika by hiding the facts of all previous marriage then make false allegations and cases against the groom family and earn money with the ladies favoring laws. Previously Mr. Shanti Prasad, Ms. Deepika and their other family members used to say that laws favors ladies and see how they will take four times of money.
I request to kindly arrange an unbiased investigation of this case so that truth can come out.

I have given the written complaint to the local officers but till date no action has been taken by the local authorities. I request you to please look into the matter on priority basis and direct the local police to file a First Information Reports . Copy of the complaint is attached for your reference .

I’m living in civil lines area near ckc academy. There is water pipe line beneath the road, and there is a water leakage, that’s why the water runs all the way out on the footpath and road, this problem is since last year, i also complaint to nagar nigam office & cantt board office, but they are not taking responsibility, other than blaming on each other, they are saying that it’s not my area (Both of them), it’s a wastage of water, and it should be stopped.

The attached picture below will show the actual condition with which people of my area is going through. A large area which is disputed has been occupied by illegal dairy. During the rainy season this dairy attracts number of diseases. Numerous complaints have been made and certain actions were also taken but all of them resulted into vain.
Kindly help us by reaching to the appropriate authority with the miserable condition of my area.

Isme branch manager kisan ko bewakoof bana ke usse blank deposit aur withdrawal slip par kisan ka signature ya thumb impression lekar uska renewal karte hain aur uske loan ki limit bina kisan ko bataye 2 guna aur 3 guna kari ja rahi hai. Is tarah se kisano ke upar loan ke saath saath interest ka bhi burden pad raha hai wo bhi double triple.
Isme kewal kam padhe likhe evam garib kisan hi fans rahe hain. Padhe likhe kisan kabhi sign nahi karte.
Aur yakin na ho to kisi bhi village ke kisan jo ki loanee hai uttar Bihar Gramin bank ka usse puchhiye manager ne kya karwaya aapko pata chal jayega.
Mai saharsa jile se hu.
Is vishay ki jaanch karwai jaye bahut jaruri hai tatha bank ke management ke khilaaf sakht karyavahi kari jaye.
Mai bhi kisan hu aur mujhe media se hi ummid hai. Is matter ko highlight kariye sab kisano ke saath nyay hoga.

माननीय जी ज्ञान चंद्र पाठक ने रामूराम लेखपाल को ₹5000 दिए और पुलिस को ₹5000 दिए महोदय जी जब खेत में लेखपाल नाप रहे थे तो मेरी माता जी दमयंती पाठक वहां जाती हैं वहां से पुलिस और लेखपाल गाली देकर भगा देते हैं वह रोते हूवे खेत से आती है तो उन्हें ज्ञान चंद्र पाठक हथियार के साथ धमकाते हैं की खेत में आई तो तुम्हारे पति और पुत्र को मार देंगे मेरी माता जी डरी सहमी आती उन्हें हार्ट अटैक आ जाता है दिल का दौड़ा पड़ने से मम्मी की मौत हो जाती है महोदय जी सरायमीर थाने में हमारी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है हम जाते हैं तो हमें डांट के भगा देते महोदय जी लेखपाल के पास जाते हैं वह भी भगा देते हैं महोदय जी जिला से लेकर थाने तक हमारी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है

महोदय जी ज्ञान चंद्र पाठक सरायमीर थाने का ब्रोकर और बाहुबली है वह कानून को कुछ नहीं समझता जो कानून वह बनाए वही सही है वह कहता है वह दैनिक जागरण का पत्रकार भी है
