I have a issue regarding news paper about danik savera 2 month ago danik savera team visited in my town and took rs200 from me at that they said me it's your registration fee after then you will get daily news paper but 2 month spent and no one come or give any kind of news paper i will take legal action against dainik savera my contact number is [protected]. This is complaint regarding your reporter surjit singh of punjabi jagran residence of pindian saidan amritsar.
I am running a petrol pump (Bharat petroleum) with name of batra filling station at lopoke to ajnala road village jasraur amritsar.
Reporter surjit singh visit our pump on regular basis and threat our
Employees. Many of times he does't pay money and do credit and says he will pay next time. Everytime my employees demands money and he uses vulgar and abusive language & misbehave with them.
So many time times he threaten them & says i am reporter and file case against them or i will beat you.
Yesterday he again visited at night 7.30 pm dated 11 dec 2018 with someone and fill the petrol of rs 200 & refuse to pay money. My employee request him to pay previous amount also. As listening this he has loose his temper and start quarreling with employees and given rs 200 and gone from there.
After 20-25 mins he again come back with 8 to 10 boys with hockey or wooden sticks-iron rods and weapons & attack on our employees and injured them and beat them brutally. Also snatched mobile & petrol pump money approx rs 20000 to rs 23000 which was cash in hand of that employee.
One of my employee is seriously injured & hospitalized,
I have also filed police complaint.
I will send you the complaint copy very soon. Is this look nice that a reporter of such a esteemed group is spoiling your name and fame & threatening innocent people.
In reality surjit singh is misusing the name of your group by threating & black mailing people.
Pls look into the matter and take strict action.
If required we will provide you affidavit against him.

1. One incident took place at chidami math of bah town of agra dist. On 05 august 2018 in which two women played pre - planned false game having injured herself which was published on 07 august 2018 in "dainik jagran agra dehat" hindi news paper and matter was reported against four unknown persons.

2. On 08 august 2018 under heading "ek nazar" in same paper in same matter it was claimed that mani ram resident of friends colony dist. Etawah and his colleagues has committed the offence as revealed by one of alleged woman. Now matter is that how the reporter of news paper can defame reputation of a person in the society without any evidence against maniram as there was no matter was recorded by the concerned police station against me. Kindly rectify the matter otherwise i will be compelled to lodge complaint against this news paper in the court.

I am taking dainik jagran from last so many years from pundir agency, rajpur road, dehradun. This year laxmi ji poster has not been given despite asking several times from the vendor. He says it has not been supplied by jagran. Then why stated so in 4th october issue?

Once i was reading "dainik jagran josh" through that i got to know about pg diploma in banking and finance course from tkwsibf. After reading that i searched and applied for course and now 1 year 6 months now i have completed my course and found waste of my money as well as my time just because of your article in addition to this your article had shown a 100% placement guarantee which is totally fake as this diploma is totally a waste no industry is considering this kind of fake diploma. I am hereby writing you this feedback because i want you to stop printing such kind of fake articles before printing you should go through it and find the reality just for some amount of money you have wasted our life as well as our hard earned money. After this incidence i stopped reading newspaper.

I mr beerendra babu kesharwani want to tell you that mr sumit verma (Mob-[protected], sec-37 noida) working in naaptol company has informed me in mobile on 30/08/2017 that you have won the lucky draw first winner award of tata safari worth rs. 12, 40, 148/-. He has told me that i can get this sum of money if i get registered with his compony with rs. 9999/-.

Politicl parties, companies, organizations and fund mobilizers are taking people for ride, over jumlas, false commitments, outright breach of trust. Forget gentleman's agreement, even legally enforceable contractual obligations are being given short shrift.

I bought an AC from snapdeal, last week it was delivered. From selling pitch, specs, invoice and delivery packing list, innumerable times they mentioned that installation (standard) is free. However, when actually, seller's (Blue Star) team (Cool Point, Lucknow) actually showed up, they demanded money. I have shown them the door and given snapdeal and blue star some piece of mind but they seem to have skin thicker than the rhino. No amount of request, cajoling, consumer forum threats, social media ostracizing seems to bother them. I have resigned now to get the installation done at my cost and see these unscrupulous fellows in consumer forum and mediation / arbitration platforms to drill some CRM, legal and above all common sense into their profeteering heads.
