We have sent our brezza for 3rd service . We were not satisfied with the service done so we have sent it again, than also the service was not appropriate . There were lots of patches on mat
Suspension system was not cleaned. Lock pvc was broken at the rear. The car we got back was punchured and the service people were not ready to get this punchur done fix. We have encountered lots of inconvenience. We have got very bad response in our service . This is highly not appreciated to the customers . It would be thankful if dd motors team get it fixed .

    Dear sir/ma'am,

    I am rahul kumar i am a customer of dd motors since last 3 year's and i have purchased multiple cars from you apart from that i suggested my friends who purchase cars from you because i was very happy with your service and dedication unfortunately this is first time when i had to go through worst service from one of your workshop branch located in rajapuri/ matiyala delhi near dearka sector 3.

    Now come to the point number :
    1. First of all gm of said branch promised me that he will repair my accidental car under insurance claim and he would take repair charges when insurance company will pay for insured amount so i handed over my vehicle there and asked them to repair it once repair got completed he completely denied about the fact and he could release my vehicle only when i paid full amount (Dep charges + insurance amount) as he could not make it cashless claim.

    2. Workshop manager and other personal promised me that he will do all the needful things to get my claim approved and i will receive funds within 7 days of claim submission which didn't happened.

    3. He provided wrong accident date what reduced my insurance amount.

    4. When i asked him do i need to make any fir or do i inform insurance department, he replied no he will do everything needed what they never did and result is in front of you.

    5. He repaired my car and changed something like readywater, ac condensor and readywater fan, now my vehicle is getting heatup due to that fan and workshop denied to change that faulty fan what is causing heating issues and asking for more money.
    Now please let me understand one thing what is difference between brand service centre and local mechanic if i am getting same resolution both the places and what is reason for paying higher amount at branded service stations?

      I have ordered 2018 model vistara breeza red & black colour but now d. D motors denied to give 2018 model as they have said that you have made advance of rs. 200000/- in october, 2017.

      At the time of dealing with amit tiwari (Representative of d. D motors) he said that there is waiting for 5-6 months for your car and it will be provided in the last of january, 2018.

      But now the company management of d. D motors denied to give 2018 model and insisted us to take 2017 model.

      Kindly take the necessary action and provide us the 2018 model.

      My Ertiga car no DL9CAE6603 was hit by a truck and in that incident left side of my car got damaged . I came to DD MOTORS MAYAPURI their i meet with claim incharge he told me that we will change the door but we cant change the bumper because company doesnot provide claim on bumpers and he had also not changed the door
      This is pathetic that i have not received hadd copy of my new policy which was renewed before 15 days.
      My new period for policy is starting from 22bd april midnight
      And if i dont receive it by 19th max i will escalate this to IRDA.

        Dear sir

        I was promised a free servicing by your employees if i get insurance from your organisation which i did. Now when i asked them to provide such servicing, they are flatly refusing that no such commitment was made and are saying that only 1 liter free engine oil was promised. The caller was ms. Pooja.
        Now i never expected to get free servicing for insurance but this is how your employees cunningly duped me into buying your story.
        However i have a receipt which your executive (Mr. Jitendra) who collected cheque has given me and has written in his own handwriting that i am entitled to free servicing plus washing.
        Now i would like to ask you that what will a laymen like me understand by the word free servicing?? Does it mean 1 litre oil or full servicing of the vehicle?? I would leave it to your intelligence.
        Now after i agreed to that part that whatever you have commited, you provide that only i. E. Engine oli, wheel balancing and washing, than also your executives are saying that they cant do that in one sitting.

        Now this level of hypocrisy and fraud is not expected from an organisation like yours, kindly do something about it.

          This is to bring in your kind notice that i have booked a car wagonr top model from your showroom & i was purchasing this for my sister marriage for the same i gave a cheque of rs 300000 inr & after the approval of bank cheque has been submitted at show room but now the issue groom’s side has refused to take the same model so unwillingly i have to cancel the booking on this car for the same i have already informed in showroom but from last 5 days i am not getting any response from showroom’s side even i have told them to deduct the cancellation charges from my submitted amount & give me back my rest amount but they people are least bothered to provide me any response.

          Respective sir i belongs to a middle class family & 30000 inr really matters for me whether my sister’s marriage is nov’17 i required this money on top most but the behaviour of showroom’s people is very bad i think they are not interested in returning my money back i am in trouble & get mentally harassed by your employees as i have lot of pressure from my family side also so i am going in depression also.

Any person not attend my call so, plz help me.

                I purchase my Swift LXI (Optional) from DD Motors, Wazirpur last year. They provided me with the insurance from Bajaj Allianz. On May 6, 2017, I claimed my 0 debt insurance from them and here began my journey of trauma.

                I paid the complete amount i.e. Rs. 9019, which wasn’t supposed to be paid by me as informed by Bajaj Allianz later as it was supposed to be a cashless claim.

                Mr. Rahmeen Khan from DD Motors, Wazirpur told me that I was supposed to pay the entire amount upfront and that a refund cheque will be initiated and sent to me by Bajaj Allianz after 3-4 weeks.

                I contacted Bajaj Allianz in July 2017 since I had not received any refund. Their support was lousy and after 2 days of continuously trying, I was able to anyhow get in contact with a sensible person who informed me that they had sent the refund amount to DD Motors on May 12, 2017 itself. The same person informed me that I was not supposed to pay them in the first place and DD Motors was supposed to pay the amount and Bajaj Allianz was supposed to pay them the amount.

                I then contacted DD Motors, Mr. Rahmeen Khan in particular. I just wanted my refund and therefore, I just asked him how it will be processed now. He told me that he will mail Bajaj Allianz and ask about the details of the transfer and then he will initiate my refund cheque. He also promised to tell me about it in a day or two. I called him after three days and he said that he is waiting for a reply from Bajaj Allianz and will contact me a day after. I called him the next day and he said that my cheque is in process and he will inform me when it can be collected.

                Nothing happened and I called him after 4-5 days. He told me that it is in process and I need not worry. He then gave me the number of Mr. Shambhu, the body shop manager and asked me to contact with him. I was at DD Motors, Wazirpur that day for my second service that day. I called him and he told me that he is not at DD Motors and I shall call him next day. I told him about everything and he said that I shall talk with Mr. Rahmeen and that he will generate the refund cheque.

                I called Mr. Shambhu next day. He told me that I should contact Bajaj Allianz and ask them the transaction numbers or details and then inform him so he can look into things. He then told me that I should take all the details and some documents and visit DD Motors. He will then initiate the process and my refund cheque will be generated, which will have to be collected by me again in some 15-20 days.

                I was busy at office and so my sister called Mr. Shambhu about how unfair it was for us as a customer. Why do we have to contact Bajaj Allianz and it was supposed to be their job. He was rude to her and in a lousy tone told her that he has other work too.

                I mailed to servicecare.[protected]@maruti.co.in on August 08, 2017 complaining about the whole ordeal and asked them to revert me or I’ll complaint in consumer forums and higher authorities or take legal help. It’s August 12, 2017 today and I have not received any revert from them.

                My concerns:
                1) Why did we have to pay the amount when it was supposed to be a cashless claim.
                2) Why wasn’t I informed when the amount was received by DD Motors, Wazirpur in a week itself (May 12, 2017).
                3) Am I a customer or a customer service representative? Why do I have to take details from Bajaj Allianz if an error was made on their or DD Motors, Wazirpur’s end?
                4) Why did Mr. Rahmeen kept telling me that my cheque is in process when it is still under no process?
                5) Who gives a right to Mr. Shambhu to be rude to customers?
                6) It has been almost 3 months now and they are still asking me for things and calling me unnecessarily to their office. If any documents were required, why wasn’t I informed earlier?
                7) Who is going to pay for all the inconveniences, calls, visits I have made?

                In a nutshell, if you are going to purchase your vehicle, I will strongly suggest you to steer away from both DD Motors and Bajaj Allianz. Let me tell you that it was only a matter of Rs. 9019, which will not even be reimbursed completely to me. Consider a situation where the wreckage is more. How are they going to pay your thousand or lakhs of rupees if this is how they are behaving with such a small amount?

                I’m researching on how to go legal with the whole matter or file an RTI because I’m tired of how these companies treat their consumers and take them for granted.

                  This is to inform that our ms vehicle no dl9cal2444 was sent for claim servicing in dd motors wazirpur. Our car stereo system was damaged worth rs 15000 while spreading the water into it. Its been 15 days, today we got a call from them saying we can give you 2 months warranty as they have got it repaired and can't do anything else. What we are going to do, if we are going to have the problem after 2 months. No guarantee of the same. We are fed up this is one of the pain point that we faced after sending the car for repair.

                    Fitted many accessories from the ddmotors at the time of delivery like reverse parking sensor, gear lock, door sill guard. After an year the door sill guard light is not working. Take the car to the ddmotors mayapuri showroom. The accessories engineer take a look. Did some wire short then the car took 🔥 fire. Such a careless work.
                    Wiring were burnt till the fire was stopped.

                      I regret to inform you that I am really disappointed by your service and commitments. I have requested to cancel my booking on 14/06/2017 and have been promised that I shall get my refund of Rs 20750 within 15-20 days however it has been 23 days and it seems like your people have no idea when I am going to get my money back. I have called your sales executive and the answer which I have got is "sir don't worry just think that your money is with the bank" are you guys kidding or what is this the way you treat your customer?

                        My car was picked for service today but the delivery guy met with an accident and now DD Motors managers are not resolving this issue and asking me to pay for this via my insurance.

                        If my car is broken during the pickup/drop then it's the responsibility of the service center to get it fixed. I am really frustrated by the DD Motors managers as they are repeatedly telling me that I have to pay for it even when their driver was rash driving.

                          I all ready give my car baleno to DD MOTORS PEERAH GARHI for average not ok & car breaks are not working good on last week. They repair it and said now your car is in OK condition when i use the car accident happen because breaks not work & my car stuck with in front car & back side car stuck with car from back side. Due to this i pay the penalty to both car person Rs15000

                            I had purchased my Wagon R Car from Krish Automobiles in January 2015 and from then till date I m the only owner of my car. But I took my car for Service on 2/442017 on another Authorised Service Center, there I came to konw that my car was sold (FAKE) by M/s.DD Motors Peera Garhi Delhi on 26/2/2017 nd on billing of my car Service, Bill was framed in the name of M/s.DD Motors, Peera Garhi Delhi. I am totally shocked of this type of mischief of M/s.DD Motors.

                                      This is 3rd incident is forcing me to write about your service which were pathetic . I went @7:30 morning on dated 16\6\2016 to DD motors Mayapuri. After telling current issues and all previous incident related to service happened in last november handed over my car to service adviser Sanjay. Around 11:20 i got a msg that your car will be ready in 45 mints. I rechecked with Sanjay that car is ready or not then he told me to come after 30 mint to pick up the car. When i reached there i had seen that my car was Behind 15 cars in cleaning Queue and nobody is near it . I asked sanjay that after came at first number in the morning ; why my car is not ready. Got excuses from him later met with GM of service Dept .Again excuses started Not got any
                                      satisfactory answer. When i had checked my bill one pollution slip attached and charges were added. How could You assumed that i needed pollution slip without asking me.Then car not washed properly, Bumper not rectified . I paid more than 10000 rs worthless

                                        Sir/madam meri ertiga vdi car no.DL 9c al 3170 hai jiski insurance December 2015 main expire ho chuki thi jiske renewal ki payment maine November 2015 main kar di thi lekin abhi tak iska covernot/original policy nahi milli hai.Maine kai baar dd motors. Mayapuri se contact kar chukka hoon lekin abhi tak koi unhone koi response nahi diya hai.
