Through mr. Nareshbabu i applied for subscribing decan herald news paper on 31\3\2016 (Receipt no.43403 for rs 499/-). Supply started from july1st onwards. On 11/7/2016. I changed my residence to no.122 sahana residency 3rd floor house no 3. I informed the change of address to mr naresh babu and the delivery boy repeatedly, but the paper is not delivered so far. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have subscribed for dc from as per receipt number 205576dt.24.11.2015.
I am out of station frequently and the news paper not delivered daily and then stopped. Permanently. I have contacted jeeveratnam your staff from [protected]. But nothing changed. I request to deliver the paper from next year jan2017 onwards.

Sir, i have booked your newspaper one year subscription on 06.07.2016 through your company executive mr. Muthu. He assured our agency will promptly deliver as per the date. Ie, from15/07/2016 to14/07/2017. But unfortunately today also not received yet. When i tried mr. Muthu, he is not lifting the mobile. When i contacted mr. Basavaraj (Agent) he is questioning, whether you have got any mails or sms fromdeccan. I explained every thing details in your receipt/acknowledgement. But he is not satisfy with what we told. Sir, i want to share some bad experience happened two years ago with the hindu subscription. One mr. Ramachandran visit our house and offered one year subscription same as this. The agent not supply the newspaper promptly though out the year. When the subscription period end, agent directly approached us and compelled for times of india. The same agent promptly supplied newspaper till your executive mr. Muthu visits on 06.07.16. Moreover for continuing the subcription we handover rs.350 or 400 to the delivery boy. The next day he also left the job from the agent. Ultimately we have lost the money. After muthu assurance only we stopped the times, before hand over cheque to him, we informed our bad experienced what happened in hindu. As my opinion agencies are not interested in any subscription. Expecting the bad experience happened early will not happen again.

No news paper delivery from deccan herald. No credible response from the concerned authority. Everybody tells that Manager has been briefed about it but no action taken by them. Never buy Deccan Herald news paper. Looks like a fraud company. Complaint has been registered with them for at least 20 times. So called "executive" picked my call first. After complaining, either he disconnects or does not receives it.

I have subscribed for Deccan herald and Prajavani and i am suppose to get news paper from 1st of May but not one has delivered yet and i have no hopes that it will be delivered soon. I have spent more than RS.100 on phone. So i have decided to unsubscribe the news paper. Could you please refund the money with the interest (499+739).

After sending several their is no response. is this the way you treat your coustmer.

I paid Rs 499/ vide cheque no 908124(canara bank) to your executive Mr Naresh Babu towards annual subscription.I received message that newspaper will be delivered starting from April 15, 2016.But so far I am not getting Newspaper.I talked to your executive but only promise.I tried to contact[protected]/199 but couldn"t.Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

This is to inform i have paid the yearly subscription for supply of deccan hearld news paper to my home by receipt no. Dys 6318 dated[protected] copy attached ) by ch. No.355545 drawn in your favour on vijaya bank, indiranagar, the same was cleared on[protected].

Your representative was promised to supply the paper on clearing the cheque. But so far i have not received the news paper from your side. Your representative has given mobile number of news paper agent i called up several time he never lift the call and i dont have the address of news paper agent

I request you to look into the matter seriously and do the needful

I had subscribed to The Deccan Herald at an offer price of Rs.499 for one year on 16.12.2015 through Mr. Naveen ([protected]) vide receipt No.12644 (copy enclosed)

I was assured of supply from 18.01.2016.

But that did not happen

When I called your office you assured supply from 01.02.2016.

Even that did not happen.

I called Mr. Naveen who assured supply from 15.02.2016 positively.

Now today is 19.03.2016 and Deccan Herald Paper is not supplied to me till ate

I have subscribed for the annual subscription of DH, my payment have got debited a month ago but till now i dint any paper or any confirmation.I think the vendor is not providing Kindly check and do the needfull.

Its almost a month u people have taken a cheque for one year subscription... And implementation msg came from 1st...but till now I have not received news paper... If you people are not able to provide the promised service I still guess why your agents come and compel us to take subscription... And your executive is also of no use.. receipt no is 11392 DTD 4.1.16...please set right the issue at the earliest..

Please remove the pic with the article published about iift students getting a package of Rs 1 Cr. It shows models walking the ramp for indian institute of fashion technology event. Indian institute of foreign trade students have got the aforementioned package.

I am disappointed in the issue of Subscription made by your Mangalore office. Your mangalore office gives very very poor response to the subscription issue.This is happening for the second time. I have subscribed to the DeccanHerald paper for 1 year by paying amount of Rs 799 for the period starting from[protected] to[protected]. The paper has not yet commenced, on equiring with the person who accepted the subscription amount, he is replying that it will be started, or refunded. The calls made to him are not received at all. I had great respect for the group newspaper, ads, magazines.Such an incident makes me think twice and makes my opinion clear when I speak to others on such matters. Please resolve the issue or else refund the amount. I am deeply hurt in this issue and need suitable solution to this simple issue. I wish to remind that success of newspaper(or anything) depends on the proper servicing (customer service). I have emailed the news papers customer care service to remove my identity from several of their online news. I am not comfortable with this and it is causing me too much trouble. Please provide me with an email id so that I can send you the details of the article, because I want my identity to be private. I was never asked if my identity could be made use of. Please help. I am a student and this whole deal is hampering my studies because of various reasons.

I have subscribed for Deccan Herald for one year in Mangalore. paing Rs 799/- by cheque. Holding receipt no MDU 8184 dated 15.3.2015. I started receiving paper from 1.4.2015. But not receivng in May. One person asked for service charge. I refused to pay. He stopped delivery. Newspaper subscription is always including delivery.Everything is service. For that only I paid Rs 799/- . Stopping delivery is a breach of contracted service. Deccan Herald cannot bring a third person in between.

I request to know the following Approximate date of Metered / Pay ed supply of Drinking Water to "B.E.L Layout 2nd stage, Bharath Nagar 2nd Phase" ?? Currently Most of the Houses in this area (B.E.L) is supplied with FREE WATER with out payment. My House & surrounding houses on 9th Main road is being DENIED of any water since 1-YEAR . Water-Lineman Does NOT SUPPLY Free Water to 9th Main & has behaved Roughly with the members of the related houses. If Metered/Payment of Water is considered then the Water distributed would help the same houses. I request to Please validate this and cross check with the Houses on 9th main to know the reality of situation. with regards

sir, I Ms.Suneetha H Nayak working in SBI - Bangalore fort branch have taken a SBI Med claim policy in favour of my son Charan H, policy no, SBACC023518A-T[protected], which is in force, my son on jan2nd met with an accident, and he was admitted to Manipal hospital for treatment and he was discharged on 18th Jan 2015 and advised rest for 15 days and again he has to come and sea the doctor since he was feeding through nose, After words I have submitted all the original documents bills, x-ray, discharge summary, FIR report, and I have corresponded more 10 times through personnel as well as through E-MAIL, and also obtained acknowledgement, from the insurance company, for your kind information I have spent about Rs 1, 75000/- for treatment alone. but so for nothing has been done, but they keep asking original bills, and other details time and again which they are in possession of all my documents, will the authorities concerned will look in to my grievances, please and advise concerned to settle my claim please

Reference No. PYS 20047 Dated : 08-April-2014 With reference to the above, I have subscribed one year Deccan Herald news paper for the period from : 01-June-2014 to 30-June-2015 for having been paid Rs. 749/- After that the news paper is NOT supplying properly. We do not know who is the concerned agent for our paper. This problem brought to the notice of Mr. T.N. Manjunath Mobile No.[protected] but no use. The supply of news paper is bad hit. No body is bothered about this. Daily I am keep on calling this person but no use. Now, I worried about my hard earned money not your news paper. Now, I am bringing this to your notice.
