Deccan Honda — Payment sent but saying not received

I booked my Honda Jazz at Deccan Honda Bund Garden Road Pune. I made full payment on 6th August through PNB Nanapeth Branch Bank. On the Day of Delivery the sales Leader who was looking my case says they have not received any amount from bank. UTR no. for RTGS transaction was also provided. He didn't mentioned any thing about payment for those 4 days.
