Deccan Honda — Service booklet and user manual | |||||
Deccan honda service rep. lost my service booklet and user manual while we gave our car for servicing. After contacting and follow up for at least 20 times they provided us with an older service book. Does that mean for any other car parts also honda does such exchanges? This behavior of honda rep is totally unethical and the service and customer care department are not giving us required solution i. e new user manual and service book.
