Deccan Honda — service staff misbehaviour

Had booked for servicing of my amaze mh12 pc 3162 which had to be picked up at 10.30 from the given address, the driver came and said, he can not come to exact address as he does not know english language.

Here the question is, if driver is not able to read address in a particular language then why deccan gives him address in that language.

On this when i called service department of pcmc deccan they spoke to me that "what to do now" that means it will be like this only, you do what you want to do. No apology of the mistake.

This kind of attitude can come to whole of the service department only if they are supported by their management for such misbehavior.

Honda has horrible business partner. I had much better experience with maruti. This remark is based on several such incidents.
