Deccan Honda — wheel alignment remain as it is after servicing at bafna auto on dated 11.04.2019

This is yogesh deshmukh having honda city 2015 model city petrol under the name of deepali deshmukh. I am frequently servicing for my car at deccan honda since last 3.5 years but now a days since last servicing i am finding some defeats/work remain as it is after servicingeven informing to service executive or deccan honda. I have done last servicing on 11-apr-2019 including wheel alignment but after taken 30 minutes of drive i noticed that, wheel alignment not done properly its remain as it is. I inform to deccan honda and service advisor for the same concern but they ignored. So can i keep same expectation from deccan honda related to next services. Or we can find another alternative for honda if service is poor. I have recommended my office colleagues to take city petrol but due to unsatisfactory service from honda, inform him to move toward maruti... There is a more competition in automobile industry and customer demand the service if customer not satisfy with the same why deccan executive ask to keep rating 10 out of 10 even service not good. Kindly resolved the query for same... Waiting for response i have all details related to my complaint...
