I have recharge my DMRC smart card through through internet banking on 8th of December for Rs 100, but I didn't receive any TOP UP amount on my smart card . When I raised this issue to DMRC, they said that they are not received any amount on their side and asked me to get your refund from payment gateway platform i.e. CITRUS PAY . Transaction is successful and my account is debited by RS 100 . Transaction no - Thx for INB txn of Rs.100 to Delhi Metr... Ref#IGAJZSHRN6 on 08Dec20. Today almost 10 days completed but didn't receive my amount back. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
