Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — card not working since long-metro (icici debit card) no [protected]

I am using icici dmrc debit card since long which has a dual feature of debit card and metro card but since july i am not able to use metro card features as it is being shown as blocked. Depsite of writing repeated mails to dmrc i have not received any response yet. Need resolution along with reason of delay. Attached is a image which cleary says that card is blocked.
