Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — misbehave by counter clerk | |||
Respected sir Your kind attention is drawn to the following incidence: 1. Today on 17/11/17 at 17.30 hrs i went to collect my renewed damaged metro card at nirman vihar metro station. 2. I submitted my slip to counter clerk who asked me to come after 5 minutes. 3. I contacted him again after 5 minutes or so when there was no one left in queue. But still he asked me to wait. 4. Just in loss of patience, i uttered that " bhai kya nawaon ki tarah bathe ho please thoda jaldi kar do is main aisa kya hai jo itna palat ulat kar rahe ho. 5. Counter clerk became angry so i apppologie immediately for using word nawab. 6. He was not satishfied and he immediately came out and said that he will handover me to security and he handed over me security. 7. Security was kind enough to persuade me and asked to st calmly and offered water. 8. Immediately the counter clerk again came to cisf chamber and scold on security that why this person is sitting on chair inside chamber, remove him and let him be stand like a beggar. 9. I immediately came out of cisf chamber and told that if he is happy like that then let me stand outside. But please give me complaint book to write whole episode. 10. After lot of persuation cisf took me to counter for complaint. 11. Again the counter clerk came out side his chamber and shouted on cisf personnel that i should not be allowed to leave station as he has called crime branch officer to put him in jail 12. I told ok gentlemen i[censored] feel i will stay here till ur cisf officer reach here. 13. After waiting for sometime, one gentle cisf person requested and accompanied me to send me out of station till i was down of station stairs. 13. I was s perturbed that i wanted to complaint to mobile police. 14. The mobile police officers were very kind to listen and had ability to persuade me just to forget all insult keeping my dignity in mind. 15. I asked name of counter clerk but he did not tell and asked my name phone which i gave him 16. Reaching home again i got call from cisf crime branch mr hariram phone [protected] who asked me to narrate whole story. 17. The tone of cisf officer crime branch on phone was not comfortable to me. 17. Sir i am an retired dignified govt officer. May i kindly request for such action so that in future no other person get hurt by such an small incidence to tat extent. For reference u may refer cctv footage where in i have appologize with counter clerk with folded hand. But if no action initiated for his unkindness, it will definitely be curse to society that too with senior citizen. When I want to travel from terminal 3 air port metro station my metro card is not responding . When I enquired from ticket counter the ticket issued boy said that not upgraded this metro card is not bailed from airport. While another card is accepted that is my wife's card. Please do needf action.
