Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — misbehaviour complaint of security staff as well police | |
Today i was travelling from anand vihar to janakpuri east metro with my family. I was in queue for metro token and that ticketing staff was taking so much time so i requested to him to work fastely but he ignored as well as leave that work for almost 5 minutes and one i reached to ticket counter he told me to give the chaange of 50 rs and i told that sorry i don't have change. After that he told me like that "jyada charbi chad gyee hai tujhe" how anyone cane use such a word and when i reply back only that how can he use such a cheap work but as soon as i responded he called security staff and all security staff as well as metro police and one more policewala "sardarji" don't know the name of that person called himself policeman and all are were taking side of that ticketing staff and even they all are misbehaved with me so badly even my family was there. I was not able to do anything as because i was getting late and have to catch my train. Was this information helpful? | |
